*Delivery – We have a great delivery system which allows us to deliver anywhere in the Greater Sydney Metropolitan area directly from our shop. Orders placed for same day delivery need to be placed before 1pm Monday to Friday, and before 9.30am on Saturdays. Please note we do not deliver on Sundays or on Public Holidays. We endeavor to always have deliveries to businesses delivered no later than 5pm, and residential and hospital deliveries delivered no later than 6pm. If you have any time specific deliveries, please give us a call. Local deliveries to Beecroft will have the option to choose cheaper shipping.
*Products – Due to seasonality and availability, we may not always have the exact flowers or products as pictured on the website. In this case, we will use flowers or products as close as possible to the colours and style as pictured. If you want to confirm exactly what flowers we will use, please give us a call.
*GST – Please note all prices include GST
*Payment – We accept payments by credit and debit card using – Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Card payments are processed through Stripe and eWay. We also protect the security of your credit card number during the transaction by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates. Payments via Paypal are redirected off-site to be processed with Paypal’s secure login and gateway facilities. Please note that La vie en rose reserves the right to ask for proof of identity on all Credit Card orders.
*Packaging – We always wet wrap all of our deliveries to ensure they are as fresh as possible on arrival.
*Privacy – We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provide your data, account or contact information or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order. We use Stripe and PayPal to process your online orders and your payment information is stored on their secure servers protected with bank-level encryption. We do not store any payment information on our website or servers.
*Quality and Flower Maintenance – Care instructions must be followed thoroughly in order to increase the life span and enjoyment of your flowers. To assist in prolonging their life, we recommend cutting the stems on a sharp angle and changing the water in the vase every two days. Air conditioning, extreme heat or changes in climate may also have an adverse effect on the flowers. More specific flower care instructions are included with every order. Unfortunately, with all the possible variables, it is difficult for La Vie en Rose to guarantee the flower quality in every case.
*Refunds, Returns and Replacements – La Vie en Rose have high quality standards for all of our flowers and take great care to ensure that we maintain this standard. La Vie en Rose reserves the right to investigate any claims on a case by case basis. The recipient must ensure that care has been taken to ensure the longevity of the flowers as per our Quality and Flower Maintenance guidelines and as per the included flower care instructions. La Vie en Rose reserves the right to request photos or images of the flowers. La Vie en Rose requires that any dissatisfaction of the order be communicated to La Vie en Rose within 2 days of delivery.
